Sometimes, a glamorous career conceals many of the most tragic stories. Lolo Jones, who won the USA as well as the World championships in hurdle events in 2013, has only achieved this feat with a lot of effort and patience. Additionally, she was an athlete which finished second in the 100-meter Relay. Jones won the NCAA Indoor Hurdles event in 2003 and 2004. Jones began her track career in 2005 when she finished her university studies. Jones won at least races, including the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track Championships 2005.
Brandt is a child of the Cape Town region. She grew up within Cape Town South Africa with her siblings and parents and immigrated to Auckland New Zealand when she was in her teens. The local casting directors discovered her. Brandt assumed the character as Naevia as Naevia in Starz hits Spartacus: Blood and Sand as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She was among the main stars of this TV show. She worked with Steven S. D Knight & Sam Raimi. Lesley-Ann Brandt was born on 2nd December 1982 in Cape Town South Africa. She is quite a talented New Zealand actress. Lesley Brandt, along with her entire family moved to Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. In Auckland she started her career as a retail person then become a manager of IT consultant. Lesley began her career in commercials after several models assignments. She graduated with a degree in acting in 2008 and continues to learn about Meisner's method. Lesley Brandt's very first recognizable actor role was on the TV drama series Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt has shown up in her role in the New Zealand TV drama series Shortland Street as a guest role as a supporting character. She also appeared on a sci-fi thriller called This Is Not My Life based on the anecdotal city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television show Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teenager hostage, and later her character in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
